Jack Gilmore

Jack's cuisine is the complexity of his flavors-the way he bombards your palate with a symphony of different tastes and textures within each luscious bite.  His secret?  It’s a blend of his own unique creativity with the ingredients, spices and cooking techniques from his childhood.  He believes presentation and flavor work hand-in-hand.  Mexico influences his flavor and plays a big role in what he creates.  Currently, Jack is the Executive Chef and owner of Z’ Tejas in Austin, TX.
