Bernard Guillas

Bernard's affinity for the coastal lifestyle reminded him of his home in Brittany.  The smell of the sea and lure of its bounty were constantly part of his table.  Bernard is inspired by the variety and quality of the local produce and seafood found throughout the southern California region.  He has an extensive background in Pan Pacific flavors with formal classical training.  He is the Executive Chef of the renowned Marine Room in San Diego where he oversees all menus, wine lists, and special events.
