Tom Schaudel

growing up on Long Island seriously influenced his culinary sensibilities.  His style has been described by Gourmet Magazine as “Atlantic Rim.”  He combines classical technique with the best produce, fish and game the East Coast has to offer.  His food reflects the four seasons to perfection.  Tom has his own line of wines and is currently writing a cookbook based on his experiences on Long Island.  He is the Executive Chef at Cool Fish in Long Island.
