Chef Carl Benko
is a perfectionist whose objective is to serve his guests the excitement and joy of dishes prepared from scratch with only the freshest ingredients. He was responsible for the launch of New York City’s Award-winning Del Frisco’s Steakhouse where he oversaw all kitchen operations. His philosophy is to buy absolutely the best products he can find and treat them in the kitchen with the dignity and respect they deserve. He is currently co-owner and Executive Chef at the 200-seat restaurant, Peterson’s in Indianapolis.
