Paul Delios

Paul is the jovial talented chef who has a deft touch in the kitchen.  His skills capture the culinary influences of Greece, France and Italy while using imported ingredients and locally grown organic vegetables.  He utilizes his personal travel experiences to expand his knowledge of European cuisine and fine wines.  For the past thirty-two years, Paul has been immersed in the restaurant scene one way or another.  He currently operates the award-winning Kane’s Bakery in Boston.
